The OneNikah platform, including all content, features, functionality, and materials, are the exclusive property of OneNikah or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
OneNikah is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneNikah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales.
