A sent connection request can no longer be withdrawn for 48 hours, closing a pattern where members sent a request, gave up within minutes, and redirected the same slot elsewhere while the original recipient's notification led nowhere; added a clear confirmation step before sending, since it's now a real commitment.

Lowered the free pending-connection-request limit from 3 to 2 and fixed the live Free-vs-Premium comparison table on /premium (it had drifted to show stale numbers).

Members holding 3D Avatar credits can now upload and choose from 3 photos instead of 2 when generating their avatar.
